Joy and Charlene share a passion for flowers, which is displayed in the uniqueness and creativity of their designs.  From their studios in Roseville and Portola Valley, their compositions are developed with sensitivity and exuberance.

Joy is a Certified Floral Designer accredited through the American Institute of Floral Designers, AIFD, and Charlene's background in fine art adds a valued dimension to the team's designs.

The team bestow great importance on the latest designs as wedding specialists, and utilize current techniques and trends, while retaining an eye and appreciation for the classic. 

Miss Scarletts Flowers is a good steward of our natural resources, we recycle green material and keep non biodegradable use to a minimum by employing alternative materials where ever possible.  We now specialize in COVID compliant boutique weddings.
